Home Loans for NRI Applicants.

1.    Application Form duly Filled and Signed with Two latest Color Photos.
2.    Last 8 Months Bank Statements.
      (i). Local (India) NRE or NRO Bank Account statement, where money is transferred from                         abroad.
       (ii). Applicant's regular Salary credited account or Bank account to which the Salary cheques 
             are deposited.
            (Net banking statement or Banker statement for last 8 months)  
            (As per pay slips the salaries should be match with bank credits)        
3.    Residential Proof in Abroad: For example:- Mobile Bill or Power bill in applicant's name.  
4.    Employer's Appointment / Offer/ Contract letter & with Salary Breakup. 
5.    Salary drawn in the Company Letter head along with Date of Joining and Date of Birth. 
       Duly Notarized By Public Notary. 
6.    Last 6 Months Pay slips.
       Duly Notarized by Public Notary.
7.    Passport & Valid Visa Copies. 
      Duly Notarized By Public Notary.
8.    G.P.A. with signatures on all pages & one photo with signature in LICHFL Format. 
      Duly notarized by Public Notary from Abroad.
9.    G.P.A. with signatures on all pages & one photo with signature in LICHFL Format. 
       Without Notarizing it  (as the same will be notarized in India).
10.    Two N.R.I. Under taking forms in LICHFL Format duly signed.
11.    N.R.I Annexure in LICHFL Format duly signed. 
12.    Last 3 years W2 Forms, Income Tax Returns in Abroad. 
13.    Educational certificates duly signed . 
14.   JPG file  Registration Form (GPA) (For Registration Purpose of your Property)

 For NRI loans, the applicant should pay their loan installments through NRE / NRO Bank account only. If the applicant is not holding any NRE / NRO bank account, they should open the NRE/NRO account as soon as possible with any Bank in India. This is mandatory for NRI clients. 

- The applicant have to 
Sign (ECS form) and get the acceptance from the banker, for deducting the  loan installment (EMI) from the NRE, NRO bank account in 
India. The applicant should also submit 8 standby cheques duly signed and crossed in favor of LIC Housing finance Ltd,  without mentioning the date & amount.
In case of any technical problem with the ECS forms, these cheques may be used as standby with your permission.
- The banker will verify your signature and attest (with sign and seal) the ECS form.
- If  the applicant likes to pay the loan installment through cheques, they can provide with 24 cheques duly signed. (NRE, NRO bank account only)

     - Last 3 Years IT Returns with Saral Forms and Computation of Income Statement, 
       Balance Sheet and P & L A/C statements Signed by C.A.
